Can I modify my booking?
Yes, you can modify your booking up to 24 hours before your rental date. Contact us or use your account dashboard to make changes.
What's your cancellation policy?
Yes. The cancellation policy is as follows: • 14 or more days before your rental date: 100% refund • 7–13 days before your rental date: 80% refund • 2–6 days before your rental date: 50% refund • 1 day before your rental date: 20% refund • On your rental date: No refund An additional 4% processing fee will be deducted from all refund amounts listed above.
